This espresso comes from Konga Coffee, a company that works exclusively in the Yirgacheffe area of Ethiopia. This particular lot comes from the Gedeb district in the Gedeo zone of Yirgacheffe and is processed with the Natural method.
We selected it for one of our espressos because of its sweetness and dark red fruit flavours which we thought would make for an excellent espresso. We weren't wrong!
