Grupo Asociativo El Bombo Pitalito Inza, Asobombo for short, is a cooperative in Colombia with over 80 members who are organic certified. The group was started by Luis Alfredo Diaz to help smaller farmers with gaining access to a larger market and get fair prices for their coffee. 

This lot comes from 15 of the members who are all women, appropriately named Asobombo Women's Group. They are dedicated to producing high-quality specialty coffee in order to support their families. They invest the premiums they earn from selling coffee into improving the infrastructure on their farms and learning new processing techniques to improve the overall quality.

The lot is fully washed which showcases the excellent terroir of Colombia and the flavours of the varietals used.

This is a balanced and well-rounded coffee. Should work well with most brewing methods.

• 18g of medium ground coffee for 300g of 94 degree water
• 40g bloom for 30 seconds
• First pour up to 100g
• Second pour up to 200g
• Third pour up to 300g
• Target time 3:30 minutes
