Round Hill Roastery is our guest roastery for the moment, and we're incredibly happy to showcase their coffees. Round Hill has been an inspiration for us at Kaffi, and we absolutely love their minimalist labels on vibrant and colourfull bags. Round Hill Roastery is located in Bath in the United Kingdom, and they're named after Kelston Round Hill.

The Acquiares farm is located on the Turrialba Volcano and the name means "land between rivers." It's run by producer Diego Robelo who focuses on carbon neutrality and biodiversity. This lot is honey-processed, which means remove of cherry pulp and skin but leaving some mucilage (the last sticky layer) on the bean while drying. This red-honey has been dried on raised beds for 18-24 days.
