Round Hill Roastery is our guest roastery for the moment, and we're incredibly happy to showcase their coffees. Round Hill has been an inspiration for us at Kaffi, and we absolutely love their minimalist labels on vibrant and colourfull bags. Round Hill Roastery is located in Bath in the United Kingdom, and they're named after Kelston Round Hill.

Another lot from producer Juan Saldarriaga and his second farm, El Encanto. As a young farmer who embraces new trends and innovation, Juan excels at creating high-quality coffees with experimental processing, like this extended fermentation natural. It becomes very process-driven, but still clean with very clear notes of the coffees origin.
