Round Hill Roastery is our guest roastery for the moment, and we're incredibly happy to showcase their coffees. Round Hill has been an inspiration for us at Kaffi, and we absolutely love their minimalist labels on vibrant and colourfull bags. Round Hill Roastery is located in Bath in the United Kingdom, and they're named after Kelston Round Hill.

This coffee comes from producer Juan Saldarriaga and his farm La Claudina. We've had coffee from him before at Kaffi, but it's always interested to see what another roastery does with the same raw material.

Juan is a very hands-on coffee farmer who is involved in every step of production, from agricultural, through processing and exporting. As a relatively young farmer he is keen on using technology to improve quality and has amongst other things invested in a cold air machine for drying coffee, which allows him to control the drying despite the high humidity environment of Antioquia.
