To supplement our lineup of regular Abaca coffee filters, we've also stocked these new and improved Abaca+ filters.

They're made with a new "fine-grained" production method which gives them increased paper surface and a more uniform paper texture which gives a faster and more even water flow.

These filters are designed for specialty coffee and allow you to control the flowrate using pouring techniques and grind size, rather than the filter itself imparting resistance and reducing your flow. They are made from Abaca, also known as Manila Hemp, which is a stronger and more sustainable plant fibre than regular paper.

In our initial testing we felt that the filters gave even more clarity than the regular Abaca filters. These are perfect for the V60 brewers from Hario. The 1-Cup is for the V60 01 and the 4-cup is for the V60 02.
