We stock coffee from a rotating selection of our favourite roasteries from around the world, to show you how spectacular, interesting and great coffee can be.

Our current guest roastery is Hibikaffe. This tiny roastery is run by Ayae Maki Fredheim, originally from Japan but now based in Oslo. She was one of the first roasters in Norway to start roasting on the new Roest P3000, and this year she also came second in the Norwegian Roasting Championship. There's a special place in our hearts for tiny roasteries doing big things, so we had to have Hibi as our next guest roaster.
