In this course you will get a better idea of how to shoot a better shot of espresso and how to steam a perfect glossy milk. You will get to learn more about extraction theory and how milk reacts when we steam it.

You will learn how to set a espresso recipe, using the grinder and correct dosing. You will also learn about pressure and temperature, which allows you to understand what lies behind a good espresso.

You will also practice steaming milk, and get an understanding of what is required to achieve this, as well as quantity training.

Who is this for?

If you have an espresso machine at home, if you've just started working in coffee, or if you have mastered the basics of espresso and milk, and want to learn more.
