In this course you will gain a better understanding of why your brew tastes the way it does and what you can do to correct unbalanced brews.
You will be brewing a few different types of coffee, and we will go in depth on what it takes to brew a good cup of coffee. You'll learn some extraction theory and you will brew coffee independently, using several brewing methods.
Who is this for?
This is a course for you who are familiar with pour over brewing and want to understand what makes a good brew, every time.

This is a 2 hour physical course at our showroom in Erling Skakkes gate 39, Trondheim.
