What do different liquids feel like physically in the mouth, and how do we describe the sensation? Why is tea thin, but coffee rich, when both are liquid beverages? This is a practical course, where we learn about how we perceive mouthfeel. We get to experience how it differs, and what it does to perceived flavour of coffee.

This two-hour course is for you who want to know how you perceive mouthfeel and what it is through a practical approach.
