Have you ever wondered how your sense of taste works, how you perceive flavour, or why some things taste better than others? Do you find it difficult to pick out nuances, or put a name to a taste?

What do you have in your mouth?

In this course you will learn about how we perceive the basic flavours, how they interact with and manipulate each other. The course involves a lot of different experiments, smelling, tasting and learning about your own perceptions of flavour in the mouth.

Who is this for?

This is a 2 hour course for you who want to learn about flavours and become a more confident taster.
