This coffee comes from the Telila washing station which is owned and run by Mike Mamo. It's only been operating since 2019 but has been gaining acclaim for their attention to detail and ability to produce excellent quality. One thing they do which is unique is that they separate lots based on Kebele (small district) which allows them to pick out distinct microclimates and terroir, wheras other washing stations often blend all lots together into either washed or natural.

This particular lot is a washed coffee from the Yukro Kebele in the Jimma-region and offers delicious floral and fruity flavours.

This is a bright and delicate coffee with delicious floral aromas. We prefer brewing methods that promote clarity like the V60.

• 18g of medium ground coffee for 300g of 94 degree water
• 40g bloom for 30 seconds
• First pour up to 120g
• Second pour up to 200g
• Third pour up to 250g
• Fourth pour up to 300g
• Target time 3:30 minutes
