El Guarsin Espresso • Guatemala

El Guarsin Espresso • Guatemala
This is a very special coffee that we purchased from our friend Jose Corado at Corado Coffee Roasters. He imports coffee directly to Norway from his family's coffee farm Hacienda El Guarsin in Guatemala. We're very happy to be able to work with him and his family!
Domitila and Jose Corado Senior put all their savings into buying a coffee farm in 1990, located near their hometown of Conguaco in northwestern Guatemala, a coffee-growing region known as New Oriente. Today they produce a wide range of specialty coffee thanks to the perfect combination of subtropic climate, volcanic soil and high altitude.
This is a catuaí lot with an impressively high quality and crisp flavours and we absolutely love it as an espresso. It is balanced, smooth with good fruitiness and acidity to build up the chocolate notes.
